Hiragana

Konbanwa mina san,

Kuyichi is back! I told you guys what I was curious if I could keep on posting.. and in the end I couldn't. It's been a whole two months! xD You see.. I've been really busy and I'm not too much of a poster.. I did want to know what it's like to post a lot like people on livejournal though, so here I am trying. -> v <-

Today I'm going to tell you guys that I want to learn Japanese. Yes, real Japanese. And no it's not because of Anime and manga (although I did get my interest in Japan a few years back, but I'm over Anime and Manga now). I want to study Graphic Design in Tokyo, Japan. Therefore I have to study hard, and do my utterly bestest! I still have two more years, but hey, if you want something like this It's best to start early right? Two years to learn Japanese.. I am still not sure if it's long or short. XD I really hope I can make it. ^^

Yesterday I studied Japanese, and I learned how to introduce myself and talk about the weather. I have a romanized version, so when I read the Japanese in my textbook I know what it means, but I cannot talk about the kinds of weather myself. I keep switching hot and cold for example. And no.. I didn't expect myself to remember everything that I learned yesterday, but it's still a pity. (I always want to do everything at once and that's no option). So.. I'll have to work hard on those words.

Today I learned how to write the letters: a, o, i, u and e in Hiragana. I'm so happy that I still remember. Hopefully I'll still remember them tomorrow. And even though they are only 5 characters, and even though I still have to learn like LOTS of them, I'm HAPPY! -^ v ^-

Look my first Japanese characters:

It really felt like drawing at first. I mean.. they are very curly and .. not letter-y.. xD But in the end it felt a bit better. ^_^

So yeah.. that was my story. xD Wish me luck on the Japanese! Oh and if you're Japanese and have any tips, let me know. :D
